You must be legally able to make a purchase. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details, and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with other customers’ use of the store.
Choosing the right product
Read the product dimensions, materials, included parts, and care instructions before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Use kitchen and home organizers only for their stated purpose and follow any installation instructions and load limits. If a detail is unclear, ask us before you buy.
Prices, payments, and orders
The product page and checkout show the price and order total. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown before you submit payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; we may still need to check payment and stock. If we cannot fulfill your order, or find a material listing error, we’ll contact you and refund any payment for items we cancel. We will not replace an item with a different product without your agreement.
Delivery and returns
We sell to the United States with free standard shipping. Processing takes an estimated 1–3 business days, followed by 3–6 business days in transit. You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Buyers pay change-of-mind return shipping; VONTIX pays return shipping for products with quality problems. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return arrives and is inspected, or after a refund without return is confirmed. See the separate policies for the full process.
Website content and outside services
Website text, images, logos, and designs may be protected by intellectual property rights. Viewing them to shop does not grant permission to reuse them commercially. Third-party payment, delivery, and other services have their own terms and privacy practices.
