Here’s what to expect after you order from VONTIX.
United States delivery. Free standard shipping.
We currently sell and ship to the United States. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order. We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside the United States.
Processing: 1–3 business days
We allow 1–3 business days to review, prepare, and pack your order before handing it to the carrier. Processing time is separate from time in transit.
Transit: 3–6 business days
Once shipped, delivery is estimated to take 3–6 business days. The estimated total is 4–9 business days, including processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; weather, carrier delays, and busy periods can affect arrival.
Tracking your order
We email tracking details when your order ships. The carrier may need time to record the first scan. If your tracking does not update or your package is late, email [email protected] with your order number so we can investigate.
Check your address
Please check your street address, apartment number, and ZIP code before ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. We’ll try to update it before shipment, but changes may no longer be possible after carrier handoff.
If something goes wrong
If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we’ll contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped items for a full refund. If tracking says delivered but your package is missing, check around your delivery location and contact us. We’ll help investigate with the carrier.
